Description: The user points their hand above their head. Upon casting, light emits from 1 - 3 meters above their head and shines down. The spotlight is able to continue pointing at them up to 10 meters before having null effects. No matter the height, the spotlight will cover the area around the user's feet in a 2 meter radius. The spotlight lasts for up to 5 turns. It is often used by street performers.
