Description:

The God-Frog Core Refinement Method grants practitioners the ability to manipulate telekinesis, telepathy, and illusion magic, inspired by the egotistical and cunning nature of the God-Frogs.


Pathways:

Stage One: The Mind’s Awakening

To begin refinement, the practitioner must acquire and refine 10 God-Frog cores. The refinement process requires the user to submerge themselves in deep water for an hour while maintaining absolute mental focus, allowing the psychic essence of the core to fuse with their consciousness.


Path Options:

Path One: Psychic Tyrant

Abilities & Effects:

  • Gains telekinetic control over small objects within a 10-meter radius.

  • Can apply minor telekinetic force (push/pull) to enemies, disrupting attacks.

  • Reaction speed increases by 3x.

Drawbacks:

  • Telekinetic force cannot affect objects heavier than the user.

  • Using telekinetic abilities drains mental stamina, leading to headaches and mental fatigue if overused.


Path Two: Master of Deception

Abilities & Effects:

  • Can generate minor illusions within a 5-meter radius, fooling basic senses.

  • Gains resistance to illusion magic by 35%.

  • Can briefly mask their own presence, making detection harder.

Drawbacks:

  • Illusions cannot affect creatures with strong mental resistance.

  • Overuse of illusions causes mental disorientation, making it difficult to focus.

  • Presence masking does not work against magical tracking or scent-based detection.


Path Three: The Omniscient Mind

Abilities & Effects:

  • Gains telepathic communication, allowing for mental conversations within a 15-meter radius.

  • Increases mental clarity, making the user resistant to mental attacks and mind control by 3x.

  • Improves sight by 5x and grants night vision.

Drawbacks:

  • Telepathic communication cannot force others to respond.

  • Resistance to mind control does not protect against emotional manipulation or memory-altering spells.


Path Four: The God’s Ego

Abilities & Effects:

  • Gains a passive aura of authority, subtly influencing weak-willed creatures to follow their commands.

  • Increases charisma-based interactions, making intimidation and persuasion easier.

  • Can emit a short-range telekinetic pulse within 4 meters once per 4 turns.

Drawbacks:

  • Creatures stronger than the user are unaffected by the aura of authority.

  • Using the telekinetic pulse causes temporary dizziness, reducing coordination for one turn.
