Description: The Caster fuses flesh of a creature with skin they can touch. The creature’s limbs become restrained to its torso, and its mouth seals shut if they are made of flesh. A creature can free themselves, but they take damage for each piece of flesh ripped.

Limitations/Side Effects: Short range, requires a free hand and exposed skin on the target
Cooldown: 10 turns, can’t target the same creature twice per encounter
Requirements: An organic target within range
